We got Oscar right before Halloween 09 from some blind lady when he was only 4 months old. (Ok the lady wasn't blind but she had on the thickest glasses on I had ever seen!)
He was Count Barkula for Halloween
The sad look is because he had just gotten a shot.
I swear it's not because of the outfit!
